The Excel Center of Fort Worth offers a one day First Offender program that meets the requirements of most juvenile courts for adolescents who are first offenders for truancy, tobacco violations, curfew violations and anger management issues. The course fee is $130 payable in advance. Certificates of completion are awarded on the same day of the course. Participants are supervised throughout the day.
